As I started my blog in July, this Christmas is the first in which I have had a blogging community on twitter to interact with. Hayley from Tea Party Beauty organised a secret Santa in order to get bloggers sending presents to each other. As I love surprises and parcels I signed up immediately and got shopping.

I tried my hardest to read my match's blog and think of things that she would like.  However after buying all the stuff my match dropped out. I was then swiftly matched with someone else and she was sent what I got for the other match. I hope she liked it!

On to my package, it was revealed by Hayley on her blog that I had the lovely Ellie from Elle Does Beauty as my secret Santa. What she bought was really thoughtful and I think she had taken the time to look at what I liked from my blog and bought appropriate gifts to suit my tastes.

When I received my package (at 6.30pm from the postman I might add, a bit strange...) I instantly knew that it would be my secret Santa present as it was wrapped in gorgeous Christmas paper. I had toyed with the idea of keeping it for Christmas but who was I kidding! I needed to open it there and then!

Inside I found NSPA Replenishing Moisture Mask (I love NSPA products!), Rimmel Space Dust nail polish (well you know I love nail polishes!), Rimmel Scandaleyes mascara (I'm always up for a new mascara and always see this advertised before Made in Chelsea), Nivea lip butter (my fave lip balm) and the Christmassy aspect of the box, chocolate Christmas decorations. She even made sure to wrap the products in some cute tissue paper and shredded paper.

I'm really glad I took part in the secret Santa as I've received a lovely gift and I hope that my match loved her gift! Thanks to Hayley for organising this all, she is a spread sheet ninja!
